CHRISTMAS PICKLES 
1 qt. dill pickles, cut into 4 strips
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 med. onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. horseradish
3 tbsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. vinegar

Place pickles in jar. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over pickles. Refrigerate 3-4 days. Shape about twice a day.
