SPRINGS AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 inch stick pepperoni, sliced thin and cut in half
1 bunch fresh cooked broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
1 lb. rotini
1 stick butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in oil. Add pepperoni and saute slightly. Add broccoli and remove from heat. Cook rotini. Drain and add to broccoli mixture. Mix well and add Parmesan and butter. Mix well. Serve warm with extra cheese sprinkled on top of casserole.
