CREAM CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Foil cup liners
Cinnamon
Vanilla wafers

Mix everything except 1 package of cream cheese. Blend until smooth, then add remaining cheese. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cup liners. Pour filling in each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Shake cinnamon on top before baking, if desired, or add fruit filling and refrigerate before serving.
