CORN BREAD DRESSING 
4 c. crumbled corn bread
1 c. celery, finely chopped
2 beaten eggs
3 1/3 c. broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
2 c. stale rolls, bread or biscuits
1/3 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix corn bread with bread. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. May stuff turkey or chicken or bake in well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

May use 2 egg substitutes and 1/3 cup liquid Butter Buds instead of 2 eggs and 1/3 cup melted butter.
