FROSTY PINA COLADAS 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
1/4 c. vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp. cream of coconut
3-4 tbsp. light rum
4-5 ice cubes

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Place pineapple and reserved juice in blender container; blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
