SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
2 1/2 c. cooked rice

Combine soup, milk, parsley, onions and seasonings. Add rice and shrimp. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 6x10x2 inch baking dish. Combine crushed corn flakes with melted butter and almonds and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4-5 servings.
