CORN QUICHE 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 jar mild chili peppers, split and drained on towel
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil

Grease a 12 x 15 pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add all ingredients to beaten eggs. Pour on top of chili peppers in pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
