VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 qt. canned tomatoes
Container of leftover vegetables (corn, beans, cabbage, onions, peas, okra, etc.)

I save leftover vegetables, and add them to a container in the freezer. When I have enough I make vegetable soup.

Put ground beef, water and onion soup mix in a pressure cooker and cook about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and vegetables and simmer about 30 minutes. This soup can be frozen for future use. If pressure cooker is too small, use a large pot for slow cooking.
