1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2/3 c. crushed Saltine crackers
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together; shape into a round or loaf shaped pan. Cover with following glaze: 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. mustard

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
