SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. cooked sausage, brown in skillet 6 eggs, well beaten 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 slices bread 1 c. grated cheese (your choice) Combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Cube 2 slices bread and put in bottom of buttered casserole. Then layer sausage and top with 1 cup grated cheese. Pour egg mixture over this. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serves 6-8. Breakfast or supper!! |
