SHRIMP OR CRAB PUFFS | |
6 oz. crab or shrimp 4 oz. whipped cream cheese 2 tbsp. pimiento, finely chopped 1 can crescent rolls Mix pimiento, cream cheese and crab or shrimp together. Separate crescent rolls and flatten out slightly. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on each crescent roll; roll up as directed on package. Lay on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Cut into 4 sections while still warm. To reheat, place in microwave for 20-25 seconds. To freeze, prepare rolls but do NOT bake until ready to serve. |
