SHREDDED WHEAT BREAD 
2 lg. shredded wheat biscuits
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
4 to 5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add teaspoon of sugar. Let set. Pour boiling water over biscuits. Add shortening. Stir until melted. Add molasses, sugar and salt. Cool until lukewarm. Then add dissolved yeast and stir in flour.

Knead well. Place in greased bowl. Then let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
