PLUM SNACKING CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
1/3 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
4 3/4 oz. jar strained baby food plums (save 1 tsp for icing)

In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients and stir one one minute. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes in a 9 inch square pan. Let cool. Frost cake.

ICING:

1 tsp. strained plums
2 c. icing sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

Mix all until creamy.
