CHOCOLATE COVERED FRUIT BALLS 
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped dates
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. raisins
1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. coconut
1 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
6 tbsp. orange juice

Mix all ingredients. Make into balls the size of walnuts. Refrigerate overnight. Coat balls with 2 pounds melted chocolate. Place balls on wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Keep cold. Makes approximately 8 dozen.
