CRISPY RICE SNACKS 
1/2 c. natural peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crispy brown rice cereal (or Rice Krispies)

Mix peanut butter, honey, nuts and vanilla in a bowl. Add cereal and stir gently until cereal is coated.

With wet hands, form the mixture into walnut sized balls and place them on a lightly oiled dish or waxed paper. Refrigerate. Makes approximately two dozen.
