PARSLEY HERB SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed

Combine soft cream cheese and butter, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chill overnight before serving. Serve with crackers, whole wheat bread slices, English muffins or bagels. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
