1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. oil
8 oz. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/2 c. water

In mixing bowl add cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs and water. Mix with mixer. Stir in chips. Grease Bundt cake pan (8-10 cup size). Pour ingredients in and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
