BEANS, TOMATO AND PEPPER SALAD 
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
2 tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
1-pint cherry tomato
1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 15 oz. can white beans, drained and rinsed

Preheat oven to 375°F, in a large bowl, toss spicy seasoning and 1 Tbsp. Olive oil with cherry tomatoes and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes. Combine roasted vegetables, drained beans, parsley and remaining olive oil in a salad bowl.

Yields 6 Servings.
