CORNISH HENS 
Salt & pepper
4 Cornish hens, halved
1/2 stick butter
1 c. white wine
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 med. can mushrooms
1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
Wild rice

Salt and pepper hens. Brown in butter in skillet. Add wine, celery and mushrooms (not drained). Cover and simmer until tender. When done, remove hens and set aside. Add sour cream to gravy in pan and serve over hens and wild rice.
