CHOCOLATE POTATO CANDY 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in top of double boiler. Mix shoestring potatoes and chopped pecans in large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over potatoes and pecans; stir until well coated. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-covered tray. Place in refrigerator until well chilled. Yield: 24.
