DOUBLE CHOCOLATE DROPS 
These are irresistible! Not for dieters!

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, melted
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sweet chocolate bits
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt semi-sweet chocolate bits over hot water (double boiler).

Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Set aside.

Cream shortening, add sugar gradually and beat until smooth. Add unbeaten eggs and beat. Add partially cooled melted chocolate, beat until blended.

Mix in flour mixture and warm water alternately. Stir in sweet chocolate bits and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Allow for spreading during baking.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
