HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
12 oz. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chopped pecans

Icing:

1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 oz. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cocoa

You will need a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Blend sugar, butter and eggs in mixer. Add flour and cocoa. Mix until well blended. Pour in lightly greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

While cake is hot, pour bag of miniature marshmallows over cake. (Prepare icing while cake is baking.)

Combine all ingredients. Add chopped pecans. Mix well and spoon over cake. Cool to cut.
