E-Z QUICHE 
2 pie shells
1 pt. half and half cream
5 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. chopped ham
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix half and half, eggs and flour well. Line pie shell with Swiss cheese; fill bottom with ham. Add egg mixture and cover with Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F until cheese is golden brown, about 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Variations: Substitute ham with broccoli, bacon and onions, crab or your own favorites.
