1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (turkey)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 env. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/3 c. ripe olives (ripe), sliced
Sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease square baking dish 8x8x2. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, spoon into plate.

Beat Bisquick, milk and egg with wire whisk until smooth. Pour into plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives and sour cream if desired. Serves 6-8.
