WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. wild rice 1/4 c. slivered almonds 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 can mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 c. chicken broth Combine first five ingredients and simmer in skillet for 20 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and cover with the chicken broth. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
