JELLO SALAD 
3 oz. lemon Jello
Desired amount of crushed pineapple
Chopped apple
Small cream cheese ball
Chopped celery
1 cup fruit juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Make Jello according to package directions. Combine Jello and pineapple, apple, celery, and cream cheese balls. Cook juice, sugar, egg, flour, and butter until thick. Cool and add small container whipping cream. Sprinkle top with nuts or grated cheese or marachino cherries.
