AUNT MARGE'S HOT DOG SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 qts. water
1 green pepper
1 pork chop
Bay leaves
2 c. tomato paste
1 sm. piece garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chili powder

Brown hamburger, pepper and garlic. Put in big pan, add water and remaining ingredients and simmer. Simmer 6 hours. (Add water as needed).

Makes 2 quarts of sauce.
