MICROWAVE BREAD AND BUTTER PICKLES | |
1 lg. cucumber, sliced (2 c.) 3/4 c. onion, thinly sliced 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. white vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. mustard seed 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. tumeric Mix together in 2 quart glass bowl. Microwave on high for 7 to 8 minutes or until cukes are tender. Stir twice during cooking. Put in jar when cool and keep refrigerated. |
