BLUEBERRY JAM 
3 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup

Stir together over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Boil rapidly to preserve the bright color and natural flavor of berries. Boil until mixture has a thick consistency and jelly stage is reached. Stir to avoid burning. Remove pan from heat and cool slightly to stiffen the mixture and fruit is evenly distributed as it is poured into jars. Fill jars. Cook, seal, label and store.
