LIVELY LEMON ROLLUPS 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Tabasco

Warm together to melt butter. 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, grated 8 sole fillets

Put 1/4 sauce in rice mixed with broccoli and cheese. Divide rice mixture onto fillets and roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish and put rest of the sauce over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees. Serves 4 to 8. Serve with hot bread and salad for a wonderful meal.
