LUMPIANG SHANGHAI 
1 lb. ground pork
8 pcs. med. shrimps, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
1 carrot, shredded or chipped
1 sm. can or bottle of green giant mushrooms, chopped
2 green onion stalks, chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
Limpia wrapper (egg roll wrapper)

Mix all ingredients well. Wrap about 1 tablespoon of mixture in limpia wrapper. Roll finger thin. Deep fry. May freeze remaining rolled lumpia. Cut in half before serving. Yields about 40 to 50 pieces. Serve with ketchup or sweet and sour sauce.
