CHOCO-SCOTCH FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter

Place sugar, marshmallows, evaporated milk in a medium bowl. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Stir at 1 and 2 minutes. Stir in butterscotch chips until melted. Spread in greased 12 x 8 pan., Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in medium bowl. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir at 1 minute. Spread chocolate mixture over butterscotch mixture. Refrigerate until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
