CINNAMON ROLLS (WITH DRY MILK) 
ix together:

1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Let set.

n a bowl put:

1 c. warm water
8 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered milk

Add to yeast mixture then add:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour, usually takes more

Spread 1 cup flour on board to knead. When well kneaded put into large greased bowl and let rise. Punch down, divide into 2 balls, roll out into rectangle, spread with butter and a mixture of white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and slice. Let rise and bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. Makes 2 9 x 13-inch pans. Total 32 rolls. Drizzle powdered sugar icing over rolls while still warm.
