CHRISTMAS JELLO SALAD 
4 (3 oz.) Jello (lime, orange, lemon & any red) sugarless works fine
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
7-Up or Fresca or Sprite

Make lime, orange and red Jello in separate bowls, dissolving in 1 cup boiling water for each. Add 3/4 cup 7-Up or Fresca or Sprite to each bowl after Jello is completely dissolved and cooled. Mold in shallow dishes.

Heat the pineapple juice to boiling and use instead of water to dissolve the lemon Jello. When cool, whip the lemon Jello and the cream, separately; then fold together. Cut the molded lime, orange and red Jello into cubes and fold into the lemon and cream mixture. Mold. Serve.
