SAUCY PORK CHOP 
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. catsup
2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In skillet, brown chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat; season with salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover; simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Remove chops to platter, spoon sauce over. Serves 6.
