TORTILLAS AND VEGETABLES 
6 corn or flour tortillas
2 tbsp. butter
6-7 c. chopped steamed mixed vegetables
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Brussels sprouts
Asparagus
Yellow squash
Carrots
Onions

I like these.

Steam vegetables 5-7 minutes or until tender when pierced with the tip of a knife.

Heat individual tortillas in a hot dry skillet until soft and hot. Arrange steamed vegetables in each tortilla with a small amount of butter, roll and enjoy!
