CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 chicken breasts, cooked
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed veggies
2 c. cooked rice
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine soup, chicken, veggies, cooked rice and water. Mix well and spread in a baking dish. Top with crackers.

Bake 20 minutes.
