HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 boxes butter pecan instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gallon milk

Beat eggs in a large bowl; add sugar and pudding. Beat thoroughly. Stir in topping, nuts, and vanilla. Pour in freezer can and add milk to fill line. Any flavor of pudding may be used.
