SKILLET DESSERT 
1 (#2 1/2) can of sliced peaches
1/3 can water
1 c. sugar
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

This may be cooked on top of the stove or in the oven. In a large skillet mix peaches, water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Place biscuits evenly over fruit mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cover with tight lid and simmer until done, about 20 minutes. Can be baked in the oven at 400 degrees until biscuits are done.
