YUM-YUM CAKE | |
1 c. milk 1 box instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 9 oz. Cool Whip 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 box yellow cake mix Bake in a 350 degree oven and use 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan. Bake yellow cake mix 20 minutes (let cool). Mix - 1 cup milk and 1 box instant vanilla pudding (let stand). In large bowl, mix 8 ounce package cream cheese real good, add 9 ounce Cool Whip - mix so all lumps are gone. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese and Cool Whip - whip good. Spread this combined mixture over cake, by putting large spoonfuls here and there and spread lightly all over. Drain large can of crushed pineapple and spread all over Cool Whip mixture on cake. Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut over this. Last sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts over this. Refrigerate until you serve it. |
