EASY SUPPER MISH MASH 
By using canned meat and vegetables everything is already cooked. You can heat it in a saucepan or scoop it into individual bowls and microwave it. This makes it perfect for work or late night suppers.

1 (24 oz.) can beef or pork or 2 (12.5 oz.) cans chicken
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (14.5 oz.) can corn
1 (14.5 oz.) can peas

Drain the juices and fat from the meat. Put all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat for 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly.

Alternatively, after draining the juices and fat from the meat, put all the ingredients in a large bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate. When you're ready fill a bowl and microwave the mish mash.

Serves 4 to 6.
