CAESAR SALAD 
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 coddled egg (put egg in boiling water - remove from heat - leave for 1 minute)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients well in blender until creamy. Add dressing, Parmesan cheese, croutons, bacon bits to torn up Romaine lettuce just before serving.
