2 sticks butter
3 c. peanut butter (smooth)
2 (12 oz.) bags milk chocolate chips

Melt together the above ingredients. Pour 2 large boxes of Crispix cereal in large clean trash bag. Then pour chocolate over cereal and shake. Add 6 cups powdered sugar. Shake well until coated. You can freeze this or keep in very cool place. Great for Christmas parties.
