PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 c. scalded milk
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs, then add sugar, spices, and flour together. Add the pumpkin and milk; stir well. Pour into 2 pie shells (9 inch) which are unbaked. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
