STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
4.c sugar
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) strawberry Jello

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes. Bring rhubarb mixture to boil, boil 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add dry Jello and pineapple. Store in jars or plastic containers in the refrigerator.
