STUFFED FLOUNDER 
2 lb. flounder fillets
1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. oil
Paprika, for sprinkling

In a medium bowl add crabmeat, egg, green pepper, milk, mayonnaise, dry mustard. Mix all ingredients well. Wash and dry fish. Cut fish into 8 pieces in a single layer, skin side down, in a foil lined pan.

Spoon crab mixture on each, cover with remaining fish pieces. Brush top with oil. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
