SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up or 6 chicken breasts
1 bottle Russian Salad dressing
1 pkg. Liptons onion soup mix (1 pkg. - 2 in a box)
1 sm. jar apricot or peach preserves

Marinate overnight, covered. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with cooked rice.
