TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 1/2 c. corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Brown beef. Add seasoning mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. In a 9- inch pie plate, form a crust with rolls, pressing to form of the pie plate. Sprinkle 1 cup of the corn chips over the crust; spoon on meat mixture. Cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle over top 1/2 cup corn chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Serves 6.
