SPICY PORK CHOPS 
4-6 center cut chops
15 oz. Hunts Herb Tomato Sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. sage
2 med. onions
3 very thin lemon slices

Brown chops in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Add all ingredients to the grease from the chops. Put thin slices of the onion and lemon on top. Cook covered. Simmer on range or in oven at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour. Can make the day before and refrigerator before cooking.
