GRAHAM BREAD 
5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 c. warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. oil

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey and oil, then add flour and cracker crumbs. Mix together. Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down. Divide in 2. Shape into round loaves. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
